Reflection on Google Docs

Google docs is a fun to use in groups, as everyone can access it wherever they like. I think it should be collaborated more with group presentations at school. However some group members might be a but sneaky and mess stuff up on accident or purposely. But if used right its a really handy thing to have in groups. If i had to work on it with my group again. i'd present it more clearly, because it was a bit messy.

In my opinion Prezi is a bit complicated to use, and can be a bit messy. But it is a lot more interesting then powerpoint, as it can engage the audience with its zooming effects, but powerpoint is more simple and has a lot more different features then Prezi, maybe is prezi was actually a program, it could have done better, but for now, i prefer Powerpoint. If students prefer presentation more than simplicity, it'll be a good challenge for them to use. To improve my Prezi i could have done more zooming effects to engage the audience, and maybe used a different layout

Methods Used:
Cropping the imaging using polygonal lasso
Paintbucket the blackbackground
Add effects from the layer menu
Add text and fix up the colors
Find fonts for title and articles
Copy+Paste barcode, mini image
Fix up cropping by blurring, quickselect and eraser
Add gradient to blend mini image in more
Use leasso to fix edges and straight lines on image
Move stuff around to make the layout proper
Fix up the small errors


Overall i found the assignment a lot of fun to do it wasn't so hard or easy, but it helped me with my photoshop skills a lot.

Image types

- JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group) - Used with most cameras, supports 8 bits per colour, compressed so they are small file sizes. Best Used on the web or online.

 

- GIF (Graphic interchange format) - mainly used to animate images and for small images like text, logos, etc. Supports 256 colors. Best Used for Web or Online.

 

- PNG (Portable Network Graphics - Used for image editing mainly, uses 16 million colors, can also be used for animating. Best used for web or online.

 

- BMP (Bitmap)  - Mainly used by windows OS, they are uncompressed therefore large sized files.

Best Used for Windows wallpaper.

 

- PSD (Adobe Photoshop data file) - A file which is for Photoshop.

Best Used for editing a image file.

 

The file size does vary as it depends on the size and the amount of colors in the image, and if its compressed or not.

The Real Multimedia

The definition of multimedia is different types of media that uses different types of informational content, eg text, audio, graphics, animation, video, to entertain or inform the audience viewing it.

Multimedia can be conveyed as a message by putting text into videos or images, or just writing a story or people just using they're imagination to determine what the media means.

Each type of multimedia has different file extensions determing what format it is.

Multimedia

I think multimedia means different types of visual media, as in Images, videos, Music as the 3 main types of multimedia, each of these have different types of media. It is what you can see or hear from technology.

My name is Anmol Kumar, I'm 14 years old. I live in Dandenong.
I enjoy listening to tunes, playing my bass, playing ps3 and computer.
I have a dog named Toby which is a cross breed pug and chiuahaha, in my family i got my mum, dad and my brother Anurag.
On the holidays i went overeas to India, met my relatives, etc.
My favourite subject at school is V8 Supercars so far.
Favorite color is Blue.
PS3 takes it all, can't even mention xbox.
I choose this subject cause i like IT and wanna further my learning.
